Free Manual File Checks
If you’re unsure whether your files are ready for printing, we’ll check them for you—at no cost. We review page dimensions, bleeds, margins, resolution, and color settings. If something isn’t right, we’ll tell you exactly what needs fixing and how.
You can upload your files through our website or send them via WeTransfer to [email protected]. We’re happy to take a look.
Proof Services
Before going to full production, you can request PDF proofs, hard proofs, digital samples, or offset-printed samples. We also make “dummies” for books so you can check paper weight, size, and binding before printing thousands of copies.
Free Storage Services
If you’re not ready to receive your full order immediately, we can store your products for up to three months free of charge—and longer by arrangement. Just let us know your delivery schedule, and we’ll ship when you’re ready. We’re also happy to split your order and ship to multiple destinations. Whatever works best for you.
Assembly Services
Need us to pack your boxes with other items before shipping? That’s part of our service. As a custom packaging manufacturer in China, we can either receive your supplied goods or source generic items for you locally and pack them with your printed products for direct delivery to your distributor or customer.

As a first-time children’s author, this whole process has been nothing short of hurdles. So, the stressors of having my book made overseas were valid. But Nelson always reassured me that everything was going to work out, and they would deliver quality books. Qin Printing did just that and more!!!
