Absolutely extraordinary service and support, and beautiful production of a difficult 192 page color photo book, with a fussy customer.
The books arrived a week before the earliest promised in good condition. The quality of the printing and the colors is excellent. The support with difficult technical questions was amazing and quick.
I exchanged over 60!! messages with Neon Zhang who always responded almost instantly during China working times in perfect English. Neon watched over this project efficiently and carefully.
Frankly I am not used to this extremely wonderful level of service -- even from Apple or my Porsche dealer 😉 .
If you want to publish a photography book, you couldn't finding anything else approaching Qin's level. [I don't write reviews like this normally, but they deserve it.]

The person I worked with was very responsive. I was alerted to potential problems, and we fixed them. And while shipping took a long time, the packing was perfect! It felt like a very high-quality job.
I had a great experience working on a custom desk pad calendar and notepad project. The team was able to perfectly accommodate my custom design requests and even provided a video of the final product before shipping, which was such a nice touch. The pricing was very cost-effective, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend — I’ll be using them for all my high-volume print items moving forward!

Qin Printing has been nothing less than a BLESSING!! I was hesitant to do international business because it was a huge risk and unfamiliar territory. Thankfully, I was able to make contact with a pervious customer (from Skye Studios) and she eased all my uncertainties. She provided me with her point of contact with this company, Nelson Zhao. From the moment I connected with Nelson, he put me at ease. As a customer, he always made me feel valued. More importantly, his exemplary customer service always felt authentic.
As a first-time children’s author, this whole process has been nothing short of hurdles. So, the stressors of having my book made overseas were valid. But Nelson always reassured me that everything was going to work out, and they would deliver quality books. Qin Printing did just that and more!!! Nelson patiently walked me through the entire process. He answered my endless questions with kindness. We had multiple Zoom meetings and sometimes at the last minute. Nelson followed up when my books were shipped to keep me updated on its arrival. Also, he followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of the books. I worked with Nelson from February until August because there were serious delays on my end with preparing my book to be printed. Once again, Nelson’s awesome personality was always encouraging, especially at times when I needed it the most.

More importantly, the feedback that I have received from others about the quality of the books has been very comforting. I can confidently present my book When I Grow Up Adventures: Feelings Matter to others without pause. I’m so THANKFUL that I was able to do business with this company. Without hesitation, I will continue to do business with them.
