What is the most popular size for drinking card games?
The most commonly used size is poker size: 63 x 88 mm (2.5″ x 3.5″). It’s familiar, easy to handle, and perfect for most drinking game formats. We also offer custom sizes if your game has special design needs. To ensure each set of cards has smooth edges, we use an extrusion mold to die-cut every batch. Having produced cards for many years, we’ve built up a large inventory of molds, allowing you to save on mold fees. We likely have a mold for your desired size, but if you need custom dimensions not listed below, we can accommodate that, too!
Will the cards survive spilled drinks?
Yes — this is why matte lamination is our most popular finish for drinking decks. It’s water-resistant, glare-free, and the cards separate cleanly when shuffled. Gloss lamination is also available, but we don’t recommend it for drinking games because it reflects ambient light and the cards tend to stick together after handling.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

What file formats do you accept?
