Exclusive 3% Production Discount
Place our logo on your campaign page and link it to our website. Once your campaign is funded and you place your production order, we apply a 3% discount to the total production cost (excluding shipping). The discount applies to your entire order, whether it includes books, card decks, packaging, board game components, or any combination.
Free Production Videos and Photos
We know that Kickstarter backers love seeing their rewards being made. If you would like production content for your campaign updates, just let us know. During production, we will take photos and record video of your products on the press, at the finishing stations, and during packing. You can use this content in your campaign updates, social media posts, and backer communications at no additional cost.
Free File Check
Before production begins, our prepress team manually reviews every file you submit. We check page dimensions, bleeds, margins, resolution, color mode, and overall print readiness. If something needs adjustment, we tell you exactly what to fix and how. There is no charge for this service.
Free Storage for Up to 3 Months
Not ready to ship everything at once? We will store your finished products in our warehouse for up to 3 months at no cost. This gives you time to coordinate with your fulfillment partner, manage late pledges, or wait for additional items to be completed. If you need storage beyond 3 months, extended warehousing is available at a nominal fee.
No Rush Fees
If your campaign timeline is tight and you need production to move faster, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We do not charge rush fees or expedite surcharges. Just let us know your deadline when you place the order, and we will work with you to meet it.
Pre-Production Samples
We can produce physical samples of your product before mass production begins: sample books, card decks, box mockups with inserts, or any other component. Please note that samples are produced on digital printing equipment, while mass production uses offset presses. There may be slight color differences between the two processes, which is normal across the industry. Samples are produced at cost (materials and labor), and shipping is charged at the actual courier rate. Many creators use these samples for campaign photography, reviewer copies, and convention displays.
How It Works
Use our online calculator or email us at [email protected] with your project details. We respond to new inquiries within 24 hours.
Place the QinPrinting logo on your Kickstarter page with a link to our website. This activates your 3% discount.
During the campaign, we can produce samples and provide production estimates for stretch goals and add-ons.
Once your campaign is funded, confirm your quantities, send final files, and your dedicated account manager will guide you through the rest.
We produce everything, pack by pledge tier, and ship to your fulfillment partner or directly to backers. We send you production photos and videos along the way.
How to Add Our Banner & Brand to Your Kickstarter Page
1. Add a Subtitle Credit in the Basics Page
In your Kickstarter Basics page: Add the text “Printed by QinPrinting” in the Subtitle field.
2. Add Our Banner on the Story Page
Download our banner pack (you may upload any one of the banners provided).
Upload the chosen banner to the Project Description section.
In the image settings, enter:
- Caption: QinPrinting
- Alt Text: QinPrinting
- Clickthrough URL: https://www.qinprinting.com/
Once these steps are done, send us your Kickstarter project link and we will apply the 3% EXW discount to your quotation.

Does the 3% discount apply to shipping?
No. The discount applies to the total production cost only. Shipping is quoted and charged separately.
What if my campaign is on Indiegogo or another platform?
The same program and benefits apply to all crowdfunding platforms. Just add our logo and link to your campaign page.
Can I get a sample before my campaign launches?
Yes. We can produce samples at any time. Many creators order samples before launch to use for campaign photography.
How long does production take?
Typical production times are 5–10 working days for samples, 7–10 working days for paperbacks, and around 3–4 weeks for hardcovers and complex projects (after final file approval). Shipping adds about 1 week for air freight or 5–6 weeks for sea freight to the US.
Do I need a minimum order?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 units for books, 200 units for card decks, and 500 units for packaging boxes and board games.
